PRAYER

September 11 is Patriot Day

Pray for first responders and law enforcement officers.

Pray Psalm 91 over your family, city, state and nation.

Thank God for the recent 6-3 Supreme Court decision that ruled in favor of a former high school football coach who prayed in public after games and lost his job over it. The court said: “The Free Exercise and Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendment protect an individual engaging in a personal religious observance from government reprisal.”

Now he told them a parable on the need for them to pray always and not give up. (Luke 18:1)

With the overturn of Roe and Casey by the Supreme Court, the protection of life now falls to the laws of states. Pray for state legislatures to take a stand for life. Continue to pray for the protection of Justices, cities, state capitols, pro-life groups, churches and adoption centers.

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:13–14)

Scoffers set a city aflame, but the wise turn away wrath. (Proverbs 29:8)
